Re-roofing a bungalow in Menai Bride, Anglesey with new concrete tiles.

Work includes fitting new dry verge caps, cladding and mechanically fixed ridge tile system.

1. Strip existing tiles, battens and sarking felt from roof and old timber cladding from end of gable.

2. Install new vapour permeable sarking membrane and treated timber battens.

3. Fit new concrete tiles and all necessary new lead flashings.

4. Fit new mechanically fixed dry verge caps and mechanically fixed ridge system.

5. Fit new uPVC cladding to gable end wall.
